Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing The Deputie by Vigilantie Music. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, renewals, and billing adjustments are handled.
1. Free Trial
New users receive a seven-day free trial to evaluate The Deputie. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If the trial is not canceled in time, the selected subscription begins automatically.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once billed. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After that period, annual payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Canceling later stops the next renewal while access remains active through the paid term.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Duplicate charges for the same billing period
- Billing errors that result in an incorrect charge
- Verified technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved by support
5. Renewals and Cancellation
Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund the current or a previous billing period.

- Your full name and account email address
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief explanation of your request
